During the hottest week both my air conditioner units went down. My downstairs unit never worked properly so we always relied on our upstairs unit. We knew we had to replace one but was not prepare to replace two. We called ARS, which we used in the past, and they sent out Todd Smith. He was on time and very knowledgeable of his job and my units.
Service engineer Muthuvel came in for service today, performed a wonderful job. It was a 7 year old AC, he made it run like new. Reduced running noise and fixed fan problem. Very clean separate charges for spares, service and labor. Very friendly team. Would definitely call them first for my next AC service.
Quick service and had wonderful experience. He identified the fault correctly and fixed it where the other person was not able to identify the fault correctly. So he saved me from spending a lot.
The service is good.
My issue is, AC automatically turning off without any remote interventions.
Then my indoor board taken and repaired by technicians.
When i asked about Issue on pcb board is : DC, relay and capacitor changed.
But i Wonder on the price only : 2850(including service charges).
